I'm back again. My class had to come back at 5pm to attend a briefing for some graduation ushering thingolingo that the entire class had gungho-ily signed up for! Lol, we wanted CCA points and the $20 they were going to pay us.
It was pretty funny because not even 10 minutes into the briefing we had already decided we wanted to bail. I think my entire class ain't going which means the organisers are already 19 people short. HAHAHA. I mean, seriously, you think we want to parade around in nerd-esque plain black knee-length skirts and white longsleeved shirts and black dress shoes and school blazer with not a chance of sitting down once in 4 hours? The guys have it worse, they're required to wear ties. Wait, we're not even nerds, we're waiters and waitresses!
Started laughing almost hysterically (but quietly, of course) in the middle because the dude briefing us was going on about the possibility of changing our assigned ushering groups if we didn't like our current group. I was assigned to the B1 group - there were only 2 people in that group including myself!(an abnormal case. I don't know why.) The other person was Yue Jun and I started laughing even more when I thought of bailing on him. Imagine ushering frantic, fussy parents alone! Maybe I have truly really cracked now.
In the end the whole class bailed, so it's all right, for us at least. We're not going to get CCA points and $20 won't cover the dress-code thing, so forgedditdude. Waste of time.
